The Total row counts each dump once: 76.
Waste collection service coverage by settlement
For each settlement: the share of its demand covered by the capacity of the service points it uses. Settlements that share service points are shown together as a group with a combined total. Coverage below 100% means capacity does not meet the settlement's demand. Service point numbers (ST) are the same as in section 04.

- Required capacity = population × norm (shown below the value). Deficit = required capacity minus available capacity, if positive. Coverage = available capacity ÷ required capacity.
- The capacity of a shared service point (ST purple label) is allocated among settlements in proportion to their demand. All settlements using only the same point therefore have the same coverage, regardless of where the point is physically located. Each settlement's share is shown below its allocated capacity.
- When a settlement uses several service points, its population is allocated among them in proportion to their capacity.
- The total deficit includes only settlements for which a deficit has been calculated. It excludes: Bać (number of households or contracts not recorded); Carine (population not recorded); Centar (population not recorded); Kajevići (number of households or contracts not recorded); Klekovača (population not recorded); Koljeno (number of households or contracts not recorded); Rasadnik (population not recorded); Sredani (service model not recorded).

Norm (municipal waste generated per resident per week, as set in the platform): rural settlement 36 L, suburban 36 L (none in this municipality), urban 36 L. For reference, average municipal waste generation in Montenegro is 602.2 kg per resident per year (MONSTAT, 2024), or about 11.6 kg per week. At a mixed waste density of 300 kg/m³, the upper end of the 100 to 300 kg/m³ range, this is approximately 39 L per resident per week.

A service point is a recorded location of one or more containers. For each point: who uses it and how heavily it is loaded. Direct users (D) are the settlements the point is intended to serve. Indirect users (GAP) are settlements without their own infrastructure whose waste is brought to this point. Points are sorted by pressure, from highest to lowest.

- Pressure of 100% means capacity exactly matches demand calculated using the norm. Pressure of 200% means the point receives twice the waste volume its capacity can accommodate. Excluding GAP shows pressure from only the settlements the point is intended to serve.
- % of settlement population is the share of the settlement's residents using this point. When a settlement uses several points, its population is allocated in proportion to their capacity. The same applies to a GAP settlement with several nearest service points.
- The ≥ symbol means the population of at least one settlement using the point has not been recorded. Actual pressure and the deficit are equal to or greater than the values shown.
- The total deficit here (88.84 m³) differs from that in section 03 (55.64 m³). Section 04 also includes pressure from GAP settlements, while section 03 covers only settlements included in the planned service. Both sections calculate deficits row by row, for each point or settlement. Surplus capacity at one point therefore does not offset a deficit at another.

A GAP settlement has no capacity of its own, so its deficit equals its entire demand (population × norm). This waste goes to the service points listed in the Service point used column and is included in their pressure in section 04. Distance is measured to the nearest point. The LANDFILL label means that the municipal landfill is recorded as an alternative for a settlement without a service point. When this is the only option, the settlement's demand is shown as a potential load on the landfill (section 04), rather than as pressure on service points. The settlement's deficit remains because it has no organised collection service.
